In an organic solar cell, since a high voltage is required to drive a load connected to a load terminal, charge generated in the light-receiving side of the solar cell is once stored in a power storage part such as an auxiliary capacitor and then transferred to a load. In a typical organic solar cell having a structure in which a photoelectric conversion device is connected to a load through an FET, a tandem structure is used in order to realize high power generation efficiency. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses a method for connecting an organic solar cell and a load in parallel to each other and charging an auxiliary capacitor connected between the organic solar cell and the load with charge generated in the organic solar cell and then supplying the charge from the auxiliary capacitor to the load. Patent Literature 2 discloses a method for connecting an organic solar cell to a load in parallel to each other and directly transferring charge generated in the organic solar cell to a load without once storing the charge in an auxiliary capacitor. Patent Literature 3 discloses a method for connecting an organic solar cell to a load in parallel to each other, charging an auxiliary capacitor connected between the organic solar cell and the load with charge generated in the organic solar cell, and transferring the charge from the auxiliary capacitor to the load.The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device having a liquid crystal display panel. A liquid crystal display device, as shown in FIG. 1, generally comprises a liquid crystal display panel 10, a source driver 11, a gate driver 12, and a timing controller 13. The source driver 11 is used to input video data signals to data lines D1 to Dm on the liquid crystal display panel 10. The gate driver 12 is used to input control signals for controlling scanning of the liquid crystal display panel 10. The timing controller 13 controls the source driver 11 and the gate driver 12 in such a manner that the data signals and the control signals are applied to the liquid crystal display panel 10.
